General Pricing and Currency

  • Rates: All quoted rates are in UAE Dirhams (AED).

  • Child Fares: Applicable to children aged 3-11 years.

Vehicle Safety and Comfort

  • Equipment: Our vehicles for tours and safaris are equipped with emergency kits, fire extinguishers, safety belts, and air conditioning, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey.

  • Capacity: Licensed and insured to carry up to 6 passengers, excluding the driver.

  • Safety Requirement: Wearing seat belts is mandatory for all passengers throughout the tour.

Personal Insurance

  • Insurance Coverage: Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have personal insurance coverage for the duration of their tour.

Photography and Cultural Respect

  • Restricted Photography: Photographing military and certain government installations is prohibited.

  • Cultural Sensitivity: Always seek permission before photographing local residents, especially Arab women, in respect of local customs.

Health and Accessibility

  • Medical Considerations: Not recommended for individuals with heart, neck, or back problems, other medical conditions, infants, and pregnant women.

  • Accessibility: Our tours may not be suitable for everyone due to the adventurous nature of some activities.

Prohibitions on Tour

  • No Smoking or Drinking: Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in all our vehicles.

Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds

  • Emirates Tours Rights: We reserve the right to modify or cancel any part of the tour due to weather conditions, government regulations, or public holidays without prior notice.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    • Tours canceled due to weather conditions will not be refunded.

    • Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before tour departure.

    • No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of departure or for no-shows.

  • No-Show Policy: No refund will be provided for passengers who do not show up at the scheduled time without prior communication.

Payment and Booking Conditions

  • Payment: Full payment is required upon confirmation of your tour booking.

  • Surcharge Days: Tours on Thursdays/Fridays may carry a surcharge due to limited availability.

Weather and Tour Adjustments

  • Weather Conditions: Tours may be canceled or adjusted based on poor weather, with decisions made at the discretion of Emirates Tours.
